Non-functioning Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma

Abstract

We have presented a case of non-functioning adrenal cortical carcinoma of the right side.
The patient had complained of gradually growing abdominal mass in the right upper quadrant, of two years´ duration, and indigestion of one year´s duration. Other clinical findings had not been
noted.
Postoperatively, the diagnosis of non-functioning adrenal cortical carcinoma was established by microscopic findings,
The levels of urinary 17-hydroxycorticosteroid and 19-ke-tosteroid were within normal limit.
